wow. I'm so excited that I inspired something this wonderful! Did you use a reference? This looks really good either way! My only advice to you is to use deep shading. If you were to look at your face, in moderate light, there are deep shades in your skin. Sometimes they can almost appear black. and you just shade out from that, making it lighter from the dark. Sometimes one layer of pencil will get lighter after drawing on it for a while so you have to make a lot of layers with pencil. One more tip that may help, is to check out some anatomy websites, you dont have to memorize names of bones or anything, but it helps me to know what structure is beneath the skin to help me know how light or dark I need to shade something.
